Went to Noo Yoyk this weekend. Can't be bothered to write anything yet about it (it's a bit like London if I have to summarise).. Will perhaps post something in a few weeks with some pics.

On a side note; I'm a tad upset that nobody has offered me any tattoo designs (see below).

Did you get a chance to say "you fwocked me orff, you fwocking fwock"? I'd like to go to NY purely for that reason.
Will consider the tat issue. I would advise taking in a well formed yet simplistic design. One of mine was dodgily done with tattooist's artistic impression included for free. Which was lacking somewhat.
its hard for me to think of a tattoo design, because I dont really like them very much (sorry, Moon!- doubt youre that bothered whether I like tattoos or not, though really).
But I am wondering how the job search is going?

Job search. Two great ones advertised yesterday but dunno if i'm suitable. Got a phone interview in the AM, though I've not done any preparation, so I'm probably gonna look (or rather, sound) a bit silly.
From a meeting on Friday someone did ask us to submit a proposal ASAP on a given research topic, so also trying to do that ASAP. Would be good to get as I'd be the PI and it would mean having evidence on the old CV of getting research $$$$.
We'll see....
